Inspection Policy
1. Definitions:
Inspection is the inspection and comparison of products/goods received in the MidaTek package with the products in the order requested by the Customer.
2. Regulations:
a) Time of inspection:
MidaTek accepts the Customer to co-check with the Delivery Staff at the time of receipt. Try-ups are not supported at the time of delivery.
After receiving the goods, customers can check and detect errors, they can contact the 0849244789 hotline for return support. Note, please record a video when opening the box for comparison when necessary.
b) Scope of goods inspection:
Customers can check the actual products received, compare and compare the products received with the products placed on the order after MidaTek confirms the order according to the following criteria: sample photos, size, color, product code, material, etc.
c) Steps to handle when goods are received not as ordered:
When you check together, the product you receive is not the same as the product you ordered on the order. Please contact the 0849244789 hotline or email info@midatek.com to meet customer service to confirm the order.
In case MidaTek closes the wrong order at the request of the Customer, you may not receive the goods, do not pay. In case the order has been paid, you can request to resend the new order or not. MidaTek will refund your money within 10 working days from the date of confirmation.
In case MidaTek pays according to the order but the Customer changes the demand, you can request a return and apply the return policy. In this case, the Customer will pay the delivery cost (if any).
d) Channels for receiving complaints from customers:
Customers can call the 0849244789 hotline or email info@midatek.com to adjust or delete their personal data.
