1. Warranty conditions
1.1 The product is warranted free of charge if the following conditions are fully met:
– The product is covered by the warranty from the Manufacturer or Distributor.
– The product has a technical defect caused by the Manufacturer.
– The warranty period on the warranty card is still valid. (if any) or sales invoice (invoice or document).
– The delivery slip (invoice or voucher) is intact, not patched, crossed out or repaired or defaced.
– Shipping bill (invoice or document) with full information: product name, product code, delivery date, customer name, address.
– The manufacturer’s warranty stamp and seal stamp (if any) on the product are intact.
1.2 The product is not covered by the warranty or will be subject to a warranty fee if it falls under one of the following circumstances:
– The product is not covered by a warranty from the Manufacturer or distributor.
– The product does not meet one of the warranty conditions in section 1.1.
– The product model number and the information provided by the customer do not match the information declared when the customer buys the product.
– Customers arbitrarily intervene to repair and repair products at repair centers not authorized by Binh Minh.
– The product is damaged due to user error, damage is not warranted by the manufacturer.
– In case of incurring warranty fees, Binh Minh’s customer service staff will advise customers with full information before carrying out warranty procedures.

1.3 Warranty Period
The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase or from the date of manufacture depending on the type of product specified when the customer buys and receives the product from Binh Minh. For commercial customers, the warranty period is calculated from the time the goods are handed over to the user (with invoices and documents proving the source of goods).
2. Method of application of warranty
2.1. Warranty location

– MidaTek customer support will support and guide customers on how to participate in Midatek’s product warranty system. Any MidaTek contact information is printed on the invoice, voucher or delivery note.

2.2. Warranty period
In any case, the duration of the product warranty depends on the extent of the damage to the product/equipment or the availability of our replacement equipment/product. The customer will receive specific notice from MidaTek (1) at the time we receive the product for warranty. In the event that you bring the product to the Repair Center without the authorization of MidaTek or (2) in case the customer disassembles (repairs) without the consent of MidaTek, the product/device will no longer receive a warranty policy from MidaTek.
In any case, MidaTek will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs if you do not follow the instructions specified in this Warranty Policy.

  1. Return of products

Goods when the customer receives them incorrectly with the order: wrong model or insufficient quantity.

The product when delivered is irreparable damage or a defect from the manufacturer.

We will exchange the product for the customer. Products that want to be exchanged or returned need to keep the product intact, unused, or have a mechanical impact on the product. There is no need to have a label or a broken box. No distortion or deformation.

Defective Purchased Product – Expired

Please check the product before payment. In the event that the product is damaged during shipping, please refuse and send the product back to us

The product cannot be used immediately upon delivery

First, take the time to read the instruction manual carefully and make sure that the product is suitable for your needs. Please contact us immediately for return support

The product is not delivered according to the order

Think the product delivered to you is not what you ordered? Please contact us as soon as possible, our system will check if your goods are sent by mistake. In that case, we will replace the exact item you requested (when it is in stock).

Return conditions

Conditions for return time: within 01 day from receiving the goods and must immediately contact us at the above phone number to confirm the return of the goods.

Return conditions:

– The returned product must have the original belt intact

– The warranty card (if any) and the company’s stamp on the product are intact.

– The exchange/return product must still have a complete box, instruction manual and unused paper.

– You bear the cost of transportation, packaging, collection, and communication costs up to 20% of the order value.
